This seven-hectare parcel is intended to be a high-end gated residential community.

This residential village is on a gently sloping parcel with a creek running parallel to its main road acting as a physical and visual referee between private and public domains.

Romane Village is also a pocket residential development, the nucleus of which is a community clubhouse  replete with a swimming pool, outdoor basketball court, children’s play area, and multi-purpose gardens.

The creek's easement in front of the village also offers a bonus open space accessed by footbridges on the private sides of Romane Village.

Garden design concepts explore both active and passive schemes. For the former option, the garden elements could include meditation & vegetable gardens, complementing and supplementing the private gardens inside the Village. Therein are gazebos, arbors, trellises, tables and seating areas for outdoor celebrations and other activities.
